What is creative confidence Camp?

Mission.

Our mission is to help build empowered and confident kids through a unique combination of creative, social-emotional and physical wellbeing camp activities & exercises.

Philosophy.

At Creative Confidence Camp we believe your child can acquire skills to develop and maintain greater confidence, make new friends, build character, and learn to identify strengths and use them to navigate social situations with integrity and ease.

Program.

We are not your traditional summer camp. Our camp is designed around daily themes that approach character building, community wellness, resiliency, teamwork and confidence in a fun and unique way. Through art projects, music & movement, obstacle courses, awards challenges, snack activities, yoga and more kids will learn there is nothing they can’t conquer with the right mindset. Guided and interactive discussions serve as a social opportunity for connection and expression in a safe and inclusive community.

  • Founder of Kids With Confidence Curriculum

    Program Development, Instructor & Trainer

With a background in program development and education technology Jen has created content and curriculum on a global scale. Her experience in learning design as supported global tech companies as well as nonprofits and fast growing online communities.

Throughout her years of learning content development and training she realized that students’ motivation to learn new things (child thru adult) was closely tied to their self-esteem and self-worth.

Jen believes that creating early childhood learning experiences directly tied to connection, competence and choice will help develop a stronger foundation in confidence as children navigate school and beyond.

Her learning design philosophy is guided by subject matter experts in early childhood social & brain development and universal design learning principles.

who we are

Here at Kids Confidence Camp we envision a world where every child ages K - 5th are provided the resources and tools needed to build, strengthen and maintain positive learning habits as they head into middle school and beyond.

We proactively build upon your child’s current foundation of self-esteem & self-worth by teaching them how to use skills and techniques that can be applied easily through healthy daily habits. Kids can learn from one another, practice their skills, have fun, be active and grow into happy, healthy, responsible adults.
